The Lions of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts are divided into five Lions sub-districts.
They are Y - A - N - K - S
Y is western Massachusetts
A is central Massachusetts
N is the northeast and the North Shore of Massachusetts
K is greater Boston
S is the southeast, Cape and the Islands
